I’ve spent more than 15 years in operations, major event management and senior leadership roles – the kind of environments where you need to understand what matters quickly and keep things moving when there’s a lot at stake. I’ve led teams, managed complex operations and been responsible for decisions that needed to be made calmly and confidently.
I also hold an MBA, which strengthened the strategic side of my work and helps me look at a business as a whole – how delivery, relationships and operations fit together, and where small shifts can make the biggest difference.
