Intro Call

Everything starts with an intro call. Whether you’re ready to get started or just want to learn more, book your 25-minute intro call with me via the ‘Book Now’ button below.

The Formalities

After our intro call, you’ll receive a proposal for a services solution tailored to your business. It’s then time for you to review, ask any questions, and when we’re you’re happy to proceed, sign our service agreement. You’ll then receive your Welcome Kit.

Kick-off

Following your Welcome Kit it’s time to re-connect. We’ll start with a Zoom meeting to discuss initial actions, plan our check-ins, confirm communication preferences, and organise any relevant system access.

Further handover happens in whatever form best suits you. Want to spend another hour together talking me through things? Let’s book it in. Want to just send some files over with notes - that works too. Whatever is easiest for you.
